Refers to Witness 28's appearance before a Parish Hall enquiry on charges of being drunk and disorderly, and stealing and repainting a bicycle. Notes Witness 28's request for a new pair of boots, and arrangment to go shopping with Dorothy Inglis the following day. Refers to Witness 28's previous Child Care Officer Richard Davenport.
