Cour du Cattel Register. One of the divisions of the Royal Court in which the Bailiff sat with three jurats it was the court of appeal from the seigneural courts and also dealt with some criminal cases prior to 1797. Post 1797 criminal cases were heard in the newly created Poursuite Criminelles [D/Y/G1]. This court was abolished in 1862. This volume has been digitised and indexed. Partage Edouard Falle older son of Richard Falle and the late Esther Gallie daughter of the late Clement Gallie, the said Edouard Falle is principle heir of his said mother of the first party, together with Andreé Gallie daughter of the said late Clement and wife of Philippe Larbalestier and Elie Collas tueur of the older daughter Clement Bellee and the late Judith Gallie his wife, the said Elie is also tuteur of the younger daughters of Judith Sara Gallie wife of Thomas Le Bez, and Abraham Le Maistre tuteur of Andrée Machon only daughter of the late Abraham Machon and the deceased Elizabeth Gallie his wife, and Marguerite Gallie wife of Philippe Mallet, both wives are daughters of the late Clement Gallie. 1 receives a house land and rentes, all other parties receive land and rentes
