Vente de Rente between Aaron Cabot, tuteur of the children of the late Francois Le Breton of the first party and Josue Le Couster, Constable of Trinity and Thomas Gruchy, a procureur of the parish of the second party. Records the sale from 1 to 2 of 1 quartier of wheat rente for the sum of 200 livre tournois for the poor of the parish. The 200 livre tournois was received from a donation by the late Josué de Carteret to the poor of Trinity.

Records the sale from 1 to 2 of all the inheritance that their mother received from Francois Ahier and Sara Le Sbirel for the sum of 114 livre tournois and the payment of all rentes and debts due on the inheritance.
