Recites that on the 09/08/1606 Jean de Carteret father of 1 leased in perpetuity to Marguerite wife of 2 Clos des Peserils, Fief alenchestre, St Ouen and two pieces of land situated in the Piece de lestocquey, Fief de Morville, St Ouen for 19 cabots of wheat of rente. Records the lease in perpetuity from 2 to 1 of Clos des Peserils for the acquittal of 12 cabots of rente. Records the lease in perpetuity from 3 to 1 of La Fosse Freusle Dauverne, St Ouen, Fief de Hault de Vincheles to the west of Fosse Freulle de Vinchelez and the payment of a rente on Sir Benoist Garnier in exchange 1 leases in perpetuity to 3 Clos des Peserils for the extra sum of 2 cabots of rente to be paid by 3 to 1 Registered November 1617

Marie Baillehache, widow of Francois de Carteret, Amyce de Carteret Esquire Doctor, Philippe de Carteret, Helier de Carteret, Amyce de Carteret brother of Philippe, Benjamin Dumaresq, Jean Dauverne, Jean Hue, Josue Le Cousteur have met together to choose. Helier de Carteret is elected as meneur and Marie Baillehache is elected as tutrice.

Records that 1 has been paid in full by 2 in the presence of Francois Ricard and so 2 is free of this rente forever by the terms of the original purchase on 26/08/1637
