The letter states that the Officer of the Jersey Limited Liability Company known as West's Pictures (Jersey) Limited is Mr Edward Clarence Boielle, of 56 David Place, Jersey, Manager of the company and the representative named in the police certificate. He further certifies that Mr Boielle is recognised as representative under Jersey Law as representative of the company, and that the company have not been and are not at present time involved in any police proceedings in the Island of Jersey. The officers are the company are named as John Josephus Hackett, John Thomas Amy Willcox, Edward Clarence Boielle, all of British nationality
