Letter from the Constable of St Helier certifying that West's Pictures (Jersey) Limited are the proprietors of West's Cinema, Peter Street. The letter states that the Officer of the Jersey Limited Liability Company known as West's Pictures (Jersey) Limited is Mr Edward Clarence Boielle, of 56 David Place, Jersey, Manager of the company and the representative named in the police certificate. He further certifies that Mr Boielle is recognised as representative under Jersey Law as representative of the company, and that the company have not been and are not at present time involved in any police proceedings in the Island of Jersey. The officers are the company are named as John Josephus Hackett, John Thomas Amy Willcox, Edward Clarence Boielle, all of British nationality

He gives suggestions as to how the situation can be better managed

Letter from L J Simon Consulting Engineer to Mr Hackett raising questions with regard to the sanction of the Board. The point of the letter is that there is authority in the minutes for Mr Hackett and himself to enter into certain contracts in connection with the theatre, but the Auditors point out that for mutual protection there should be a minute to the effect that the board approve of what they are doing.
