Also a piece of land called Le Clos de Fondans Haut de la Rue containing 4 vergées, 3 perches and 3 pieds, situated in St Peter on the fief D'Orville, and a piece of land called La Vallette de la Gresletterie, 1 vergée, 24 perches, 2 pieds. Records the assignation from Josué Pipon and Nicollas Remon to 2, in the presence of Philippe Anley substitute procureur for Reverend Laurens Payne procureur of Seigneur Jean Lord Carteret, Baron of Hawnes, Seigneur of St Ouen, of 14 quartiers of wheat of rente.

Records the partition of the inheritance of Jean de Carteret: Jean receives the manor and Seigneurie of the Fief de Vinchelés de Haut, Fiefs de la Croix de Vielle Oreille et a la Dame, Fief de la Chapelle, Fief d'Aval, Fief de Lecq - all these Fiefs are dependencies of the Fief de Vinchelés de Haut, all manorial privileges, the chapel and cemetery of St George, the following land; Clos du Menage, 2 Clos de la Brune, Clos du Serf, Les Neufs Courtils, Clos de Dessus la Ville, a garden called the Minauderie, all Couppes, Vallette Tocque, land annexed through the partage of the late Jean de Carteret on 23/06/1608; Courtils Maresq and la Fosse Freusle [Dauverne], and rentes. Francois receives a third of the Fief de Vingt Livres and rentes. George receives a third of the Moulin de la Mare and rentes. Philippe receives La Grande Villaize, St Ouen, Fief Haubert and rentes. Elizabeth, Marie and Catherine all receive rentes.
