Images of Peter and Doris Chrystel of County Durham outside Swanson's Hotel on the Esplanade whilst on a free holiday organised by Newcastle-based company Airways Holidays Limited to mark the 32nd anniversary since their first stay at Swanson's and holiday to Jersey in 1949 . The flight the couple took from Newcastle to Jersey was the first operated by Airways Holidays [from JEP 09/06/1981 p 5].
