Images of men of the 131 Parachute Engineer Regiment, and of the Blackburn Beverley aircraft XH121 Z of the Royal Air Force (RAF) Transport Command, at Jersey Airport. They were due to do a parachute drop near to Guernsey but because of the wind direction the jump was postponed [see JWP 23/5/1959 p 1]. The images were produced from the negatives depicted in Contact Sheet 11 of Red Contact File 28 from the Jersey Evening Post (JEP) Photographic Archive.
