Records the division of the property of John Brayee the elder between the three parties. John Brayee the younger receives a house and land including the Petit Camp du Neuf Clos, the Clos des Eves Crespel and rentes. John Brayee the younger on behalf od Edemond also receives land and rentes and Jacques Gourrey and Adam Cannivet receive land including six fields in the Piece du Moulin, 4 fields behind the house of Gustin Germain and five fields in the Piece des Hureaulx.
