The contract records that 2 have no personal interest in the six properties of St Saviours Crescent and also details the administration of the money received in rent on the property and details that after payments for repairs, the upkeep of the property and the rates, the remaining money should be dispersed to the protestant children of the poor, and to the poor of the parish.
