Scope and Content Second report of the review of child protection in England commissioned in June 2010 by the Secretary of State for Education Michael Gove MP. Centred around the idea of the child's journey; that is the journey from a child needing help from the child protection and welfare system to receiving it. Includes chapters on: an Introduction to the report; Getting help early; Child and family social work; Managing frontline social work; Shared learning and accountability; and the Conclusion of the report. Also includes Annex A: the Association of Chief Police Officers' statement of risk principles; and Annex B: Tower Hamlets' draft record for understanding families.
