Explains that one of Witness 48's siblings is due to appear before the Juvenile Court on 1 November 1972 charged with stealing boots, and that this sibling will likely be remanded to Haut de la Garenne. Advises Haut de la Garenne staff of the difficult nature of a man [presumed to be Witness 48's father], and his tendancy to threaten legal action.
