Refers to conversation between Child Care Officer and Haut de la Garenne [Superintendent] [Colin] Tilbrook. Describes telephone call from Renouf Limited Shipping Agents [Huelin Renouf] regarding two stowaway boys, naming Witness 124. Refers to Child Guidance Clinic, Dr [Maureen J] Collins, Police, Corporal Percy and Constables. Comments on possible shoplifting by Witness 124 and the other boy, and Witness 124's and the other boy's readmissions to Haut de la Garenne. 7 February 1968: Refers to arranged appearance of Witness 124 and the other boy before Centenier P P Luce at the Police Station, and Witness 124's illness preventing his appearance.
