Scope and Content	Refers to having repeatedly repaired the spyholes on the doors of the detention rooms during his time at Haut de la Garenne, noting regular supply provided by Chubb, the manufacturers. Notes damage to the spyholes by Witness 171 whilst placed in the detention room, and thereafter action taken to keep Witness 171 under supervision of senior staff and the night nurse to ensure his safety. Comments on approach [of the Superintendent] in respect of Witness 171, including allowing him to eat and watch television in [the Superintendent's] flat.
