Scope and Content Refers to Witness 171 returning to Jersey on 3 August [1977] to live [staying at Haut de la Garenne]. Comments on plans to start a course at Highlands College and arrangements to be made by [Child Care Officer] [David] Castledine for Witness 171 to move to the boys' hostel. Asks Thomson to arrange with [the Children's Officer] Mr [Charles] Smith for Witness 171 to be allowed to work in the kitchen at Haut de la Garenne upon his return to Jersey. Also asks Thomson to send his regards to individuals, referring to him throughout as Jimmy.
