Scope and Content	Describes Witness 171 refusing to wash up with two older boys at Haut de la Garenne and response of boys to put Witness 171 under the shower. Comments on Witness 171's emotional state after the incident and abscondence from the premises in the evening. Describes Witness 171 being searched by staff upon his return noting discovery of an expensive watch and a cheap lighter and pen on his person. Notes Witness 171's response upon questioning by staff, placement in detention and refusal to speak to the Criminal Investigation Department. Refers to ongoing police investigation, expressing concern about Witness 171 and need for psychiatric help.
