Scope and Content	Gives details of four boys, including Witness 171, absconding from Haut de la Garenne. Refers to Witness 171 stealing money from a member of staff, the theft of a car by one of the boys, and Witness 171 and another boy being returned to Haut de la Garenne after being found at the Wieghbridge by police. Also gives details of two of the other boys using the money stolen by Witness 171 to purchase petrol and take a trip around Jersey, mentioning the Five Mile Road, Bouley Bay, [La] Hougue Bie, Bonne Nuit Bay, the Grand Hotel and Fort Regent. Describes the boy driving the vehicle losing control whilst driving down Mount Bingham and the two boys subsequently abandoning the vehicle, detailing attempt by one of the boys to board a ferry. Notes that the boy driving the vehicle was held in custody by police whilst the three other boys including Witness 171 returned to Haut de la Garenne.
