Scope and Content	Refers to the boys being arrested by Centenier Hembest [on 24 March 1969] and remanded to the care of Haut de la Garenne pending appearances before the police court charged with breaking and entering and theft of money in complicity. Gives details of conversation with the Solicitor General, noting decision to prosecute the boys and intention of Mr [Peter] Crill to have the boys brought before the Royal Court. Refers to availability of the power of the Solicitor General to abandon the case should a vacancy become available in an approved school.
