Scope and Content	Refers to Witness 346's committal by the Royal Court as a child being in need of Care or Protection on 23 November 1961. Notes that arrangements for Witness 346 boarding-out with her aunt had fallen through and Witness 346's subsequent readmission to Haut de la Garenne. Recommends that Witness 346 goes home for a trial period with her father and stepmother, noting that if Witness 346 and her siblings settle well, the father could then make an application to the Court for the committal order to be revoked.
