Scope and Content	Refers to Witness 355's arrest by Centenier Hembest of the Parish of St Saviour and appearance before the Royal Court accused of breaking and entering and larceny. Notes that Witness 355 pleaded guilty to the indictment laid against him. Orders that Witness 355 should continue to be detained at Haut de la Garenne to which he was committed by order of the Court in 1964.
