Scope and Content	Refers to Witness 355's arrest by Centenier Stanley John Le Breton of the Parish of St Helier and appearance before the Royal Court accused of larceny of cakes and confectionery from an unattended vehicle parked in a garage in Windsor Road. Notes that Witness 355 pleaded guilty to the indictment laid against him. Notes that the Court adjourned the hearing of the prosecution against him at the request of the Solicitor General, and ordered his remand in the care of his parents in the meantime. Orders that Witness 355 should be sent to an Approved School and in the meantime sent to Haut de la Garenne. Further orders that Witness 355's father should pay to the Prison Board a weekly contribution toward the cost of maintaining Witness 355 at an Approved School.
