Scope and Content	Refers to having seen Witness 347 twice since an incident in which Witness 347 was involved in. Comments on occasions on which Witness 347 has absented himself [from school], and mentions Witness 347's wish to be sent to an Approved School due to his not getting on with other children at Haut de la Garenne, specifying two children in particular. Recommends Witness 347 stay [in Jersey] and receive further pyschotherapy at the psychiatric clinic [Child Guidance Clinic]. Also recommends that Witness 347 return to Les Quennevais School rather than continue at St Helier Boys School. Refers to request to [Educational Psychologist] [Jim] Hollywood for a general assessment of Witness 347. Details discussion with [Haut de la Garenne Houseparent] [Ray] Williams concerning a form of adult disapproval of Witness 347's behaviour, mentioning a form of detention.
