Comments on night spent in the cells at the Police Station before Witness 136 was transferred to [HM Prison] La Moye pending an appearance in Court during which she [and another] were committed to the Juvenile Court. Refers to the Juvenile Court remanding Witness 136 [and one other] to Haut de la Garenne for one week. Comments on decision made by staff to allow Witness 136 and [the other individual] out of detention during the day, with different duties given to them in the kitchen and the group in order to keep them away from one another.
