Scope and Content Her Majesty's Attorney General v. Michael Aubin before the Sir Philip Martin Bailhache, Bailiff of Jersey assisted by Jurats Sally Carolyn Ann Harrison, wife of Philip John Brayn Le Brocq, and Peter John Morgan in the Royal Court of Jersey, Samedi Division. Gives details of 2 counts of procuring an act of gross indecency, 2 counts of sodomy and 4 counts indecent assault by Michael Aubin between 8 June 1977 and 19 July 1978 at Haut de la Garenne. Notes order of the Court, in accordance with Crown Advocate Stephen Mark Baker's conclusions, that Aubin be remanded in custody to be brought before the Court on 26 November 2008 for a Plea and Directions Hearing following Aubin raising a plea in bar to the indictment laid against him.
