Family Liaison Log recording correspondence, contact, developments and action taken between 23 July 2008 and 5 August 2008 in respect of the States of Jersey Police investigations into allegations of sexual abuse by [Witness 140's foster father] and [Witness 140's foster brother] against Witness 140. Includes entries by Detective Constable [Alexandra] Le Chevalier, Family Liaison Officer, Detective Constable [James] Enwistle, Deputy Family Liaison Office, Detective Sergeant [Andrew] Smith, Ray Alexander [Counsellor, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children] and G P Kitchen, Disclosure Officer.
