Photographs of a ceremony at the Le Dicq, St Saviour, to commemorate 150th anniversary of the birth of Victor Hugo. The ceremony included the unveiling of a plaque by the French Ambassador to London. The plaque has the inscription Le Rocher des proscripts - Victor Hugo en exil 1852 - 1855.
