Recalls staff, naming Les Hughes of Clos des Sables Family Group Home, Mario Lundy of Les Chenes, Witness 216's key worker at Heathfield, and [Children's Officer] Anton Skinner. Refers to Witness 216's key worker at Heathfield, and Witness 216 confiding in her about sexual abuse by his key worker during a conversation outside the General Hospital. Recalls Witness 216's key worker coming into Heathfield late at night, and entering the resident's area from the staff quarters. Comments on Witness 216's key worker's shock to have found the former resident in the corridor one night. Recalls Witness 216 having his own bedroom. Refers to other residents who attempted to aid Witness 216, and reported the abuse to [Children's Officer] Anton Skinner at the Education Department [Children's Services].
