Scope and Content	Includes the terms of reference of the report based upon regular visits to Les Chênes in July and August 2003. Sections includes: an introduction to Les Chênes, an overview, administration of medication, young persons' belongings, abscondings, keys, the secure area, secure cell checks, [a member of staff's] office, the day room, classrooms 1 and 2, [another member of staff's] office, the general front office, recording procedures, young persons' interviews, pay rates for night staff, and staff training and induction. Also includes the following appendices: a medical log of a resident, photographs of young persons' belongings, documents relating to abscondings, photographs of a key and cell book of a resident, scanned copies of cheques and cash, photographs of items found in the day room and classrooms 1 and 2, and copies of young persons' interviews.
