Scope and Content	Refers to the attempt to obtain a statement from [Dr] Kathy [Kathie] Bull regarding her report prepared on Les Chênes [Residential School] dated 2001 [Review of the Principles, Practices and Provision for Children and Young People with emotional and behavioural difficulties and disorders in the Island of Jersey] at the behest of Director of Education Thomas McKeon. Refers to Dr Bull's recollections of abuse by staff on residents, mentioning an allegation made by Witness 627, and Dr Ball's decision to refer States of Jersey Police to her report.
