Scope and Content Background and Home Life Refers to birth during 1977, and early life with young mother, maternal grandmother, and great grandmother who were unable to cope with Witness 901's care. Institutions Refers to initial foster placement in 1977 before being transferred to Haut de la Garenne in 1978. Provides details of second foster placement lasting between 1978 and 1981, following Witness 901's adoption in 1981.
