Scope and Content	Includes comments from the Children's Officer's Report (3) about: Family Group Homes, the property known as The Oaks, St Mary, Boarding Out Allowances, parental contirbutions from island cases, matters relating to boarded out children and children placed for adoption. Refers to Mr Hamilton having offered a four-bedroomed house in the Nicholson Park Estate for use as a Family Group Home, noting decision to accept the house and to advertise the post of houseparents for the home, providing details of expectations and remuneration for the housefather and the housemother. Also includes items relating to: (4) approval given to the Public Health Committee's implementations relating to the relating of a vegetable garden and installation of heaters at the Occupational Centre at Grouville; (5) acceptance of the Children's Officer's Annual Report; and (6) decision regarding the date of the next meeting.
