Scope and Content • Item A: The Restructuring of Residential Services. Refers to the closure of the Group Home at Clos des Sables as of the end of November 1989 and subsequent arrangements for children at the Group Home, referring to children discharged with possible readmission to Brig-y-Don, children placed in a long-term foster home, a child allowed to go home on trial with her mother and arrangements for a child to be transferred to her former placement at La Préférence Children's Home.
