Scope and Content Sets out details about the complaint process, referring to provision for the investigation of complaints about the procedures, rights and powers relating to misconduct by members of the States of Jersey Police, role and responsibvility of the Jersey Police Complaints Authority, and an overview of the process in respect of Witness 7's complaints. Also provides background information about Operation Rectangle from which Witness 7's complaints arise, including purpose of the investigation, and changes in the role of the Senior Investigating Officer.
