Refers concerns raised by Deputy Chief Officer Leonard Harper of the States of Jersey Police over aspects of an investigation conducted by members of the Family Protection Team of the States of Jersey Police into sexual abuse of a young boy which resulted in David Powell and Paul Romeril being charged with serious sexual offences. Sets out details of potential criminal offences and potential discipline breaches committed by André Bonjour. Includes details and background information about the investigating officer, Chief Superintendent Varey and outlines the terms of reference for the investigation.
