Scope and Content Sets out details of the complaints made against Chief Inspector André Bonjour in respect of: a possible charge of intending to pervert the course of public justice; an allegation of wilful misconduct in public office regarding failure to carry out an investigation into allegations of historic child abuse at Haut de la Garenne; and an allegation of wilful misconduct in public office regarding failure to carry out an investigation into involvement of John de la Haye in child abuse investigations. Refers to consideration of a report from John Edmonds regarding possible criminal proceedings and opinion that the evidential test is not passed in relation to these complaints and that no criminal proceedings are appropriate.
