Scope and Content	Refers to a number of issues raised in meetings including: threats made against a child, gas leaks, a spate of thefts, use of interpretors, a bubbling puddle and a road traffic collision. Also provides details of a personal meeting with Acting Chief Officer [David] Warcup regarding a complaint, noting Mr Warcup's intention to deal with the matters by way of advice and remarks outlining belief that Mr Bonjour did not not anything deliberate or malicious, and that if mistakes were made Mr Bonjour was not solely responsible.
