| Scope and Content | Provides details about her background, experience and overview of her employment with the States of Jersey Police since 2002, particularly in relation to her role as Detective Inspector within the Family Protection Team since 2006. Refers to her knowledge of an investigation relating to Thomas Hamon which led to a number of officers in the Family Protection Team believing there was evidence to justify a criminal investigation into historic child abuse at Haut de la Garenne. Refers to a report on this subject prepared by Peter Hewlett, an account of her involvement in this process and her understanding that the report had been raised with André Bonjour. Refers to the departure of Peter Hewlett, remarks about raising concerns about resourcing issues in the Family Protection Team with André Bonjour and comments about impact of lack of resource on the investigation into a complaint of serious sexual assault on a young boy which led to the arrest of two men. Refers to information acquired during this investigation relating to John de la Haye's involvement with the two suspects, assignment of the operational name Birthday to the de la Haye investigation and details of involvement in this investigation before and after a period of leave. Refers to a serious case review into the investigation following André Bonjour being replaced by Dave Minuty as head of the Criminal Investigation Department.
