Scope and Content Includes comments the intial stages of Operation Rectangle, referring to the search at Haut de la Garenne. Includes reference to: assertion that politicians including Andrew Lewis visited the cellars during the search of Haut de la Garenne [237]; belief that the ACPO Homicide Working Group told Frank Walker and Andrew Lewis that Operation Rectangle was a shining example of how such an investigation should be conducted [244]; being pressurised by Deputy Andrew Lewis to leave the United Kingdom and international media off the States of Jersey Police's press release list due to concerns about international reputation of Jersey [247]. Also includes comments about the lawyers appointed from the Law Officers' Department to Operation Rectangle.
