Scope and Content	Includes an introduction to the review and sets out the context for providing services for children and young people who are looked after in the States of Jersey. Sets out details of progress towards meeting the recommendations of the Care Inspectorate, particularly in relation to planning and improving services for children, raising awareness about corporate responsibilities, measuring performance and outcomes, listening and responding to the views of children and young people, improving the quality of residential care, improving social services out of office hours, and introducing comprehensive operational procedures. Finishes with a conclusion by Katie Lamb, Strategic Inspector. Includes table of recommendations and themes and recommendations as they appear in the Care Inspectorate report published in January 2012.
