Scope and Content	Includes general comments regarding historical sexual abuse cases. Also includes comments about complications in relation to the case against Alan Maguire, referring to the investigation in 1997, mentioning abandonment of the sexual abuse allegations and commencement of a prosecution founded upon physical abuse allegations and subsequent abandonment of that prosecution. Includes comments regarding the five complainants including a matrix detailing the allegations by each of the complainants, containing details of the sexual abuse allegations, physical abuse allegations, date of the allegations and date of statement. Describes two approaches: a separate trial of the allegations, or any of them; or a joinder.
