Scope and Content	Refers to rumours about the sexual preferences of Andrew Jervis-Dykes having been prolific and widely known amongst current and ex-pupils at Victoria College and their parents. Describes interviewing a number of teachers at Victoria College including the Headmaster Jack Hydes and Deputy Headmaster Piers Baker, noting that the teaching staff were also familiar with various rumours in circulation, expressing concern regarding the inaction of the teaching staff in respect of the rumours. Sets out details of events related to the investigation and details actions of individual members of staff that gave cause for concern during the course of the investigation, referring to Jack Hydes, Piers Baker and David Rotherham.
