Scope and Content Refers to examinations of the standards and performance of Jersey's child welfare and protection apparatus, detailing dissatisfaction with the performance of child welfare and protection services and comments about his removal from office. Refers to discussion about the matter with numerous people and details opinion that a variety of criminal offences against children have been committed, over a sustained period of time, by the States of Jersey through its various departments, and the Crown, through the Courts. Details allegations relating of the conflictedness of three bodies: the police, the prosecutory service and the judiciary, referring to specific cases. Finishes with a question asking each recipient to confirm that they each recognise the level of conflictedness of each service, and agree to invite the Department for Constitutional Affairs to independently appoint the necessary and relevant agencies from the UK to undertake any necessary police investigations, prosecution, and to hear any relevant trial.
