Scope and Content • Indictment laid against the accused before the Deputy Bailiff M C St J Birt and Jurats Le Brocq and Le Cornu. Refers to one count of demanding money with menaces and the accused’s guilty plea. Gives details of offence, referring to allegations of sexual abuse by a male visitor to Haut de la Garenne (X) whilst the accused was aged between 6 and 10.
