Refers to Senator Kinnard declaring a conflict of interest and explaining her decision to resign. Includes comments about the issue of the corroboration warning and decision of the Council of Ministers to not make a final decision on the issue until further analysis and consideration of all relevant issues, clarifying position of the Council of Ministers. |
