Scope and Content Expresses disappointment with the contents of the Napier Report, stating there to be inaccuracies and errors, comments about the critical tone of the report and remarks about inaccurate reporting of issues including Wendy Kinnard's role and information contained in a letter to the Home Affairs Minister. Rejects criticisms in the Report, comments on a number of points relating to the Report, includes remarks about Mr [David] Warcup and refers to discussion regarding the handling of aftermath of the Report.
