Scope and Content | Discusses investigation by Police into potential offences connected with water pollution, noting possibility for staff and committees to be investigated. Discusses current investigation involving the Agriculture and Fisheries Department within Economic Development, and concerns held by staff in relation to the implications of a formal investigation by States of Jersey Police. Notes advice to staff to postpone planned interviews with States of Jersey Police pending a meeting of key parties to discuss how cases of water pollution be investigated.
