Scope and Content	Refers to computer misuse charges pending against Osmand in the Magistrate's Court, stating opinion that there is insufficient evidence to bring a charge of corruption or bribery against either or both of Osmand or Boschat, referring to missing evidence and unlikelihood of conviction by jury.
