City and Hackney Health Authority regarding an appeal from the Court of Appeal by Valerie Margaret Holt (formerly Bolitho), as administratrix of the estate of Patrick Nigel Bolitho, against the order of the Court of Appeal upholding the judgment of Hutchison J on 15 February 1991 dismissing a claim for damages for negligence brought against the City and Hackney Health Authority by Patrick Nigel Bolitho, Nigel Charles Bolitho and Valerie Margaret Bolitho suing in her own right, in respect of personal injuries sustained by Patrick Nigel Bolitho when a patient in St Bartholomew's Hospital, London. Refers to Patrick Nigel Bolitho's death on 17 February 1991.
