Includes a statement regarding the arrest of two people by the historical abuse team on 24 June [2008] in connection with three grave and criminal assaults after consultation with their lawyer appointed by the Attorney General. Refers to revision of advice to the investigating officers and subsequent request by the investigating officers for a Centenier to charge the suspects, noting that the Centenier declined to charge.
